Configure Your Device

Follow these steps to connect your Voice Vault device to your network and configure your preferences.

1. Connect to Device

Look for the IP address displayed at the bottom of your Voice Vault device screen.

Example: http://192.168.1.100:8080

2. Set Up WiFi

Visit the IP address in your browser and follow the prompts to connect your device to your WiFi network.

3. Configure Wake Word

Choose and set up your preferred wake word to activate your Voice Vault assistant.

4. Connect VM

Enter your VM's URL to connect it with your Voice Vault device. This enables the AI conversation features.

Important Notes

  • Make sure your computer and Voice Vault device are on the same network during initial setup.

  • Your VM should be accessible from your device's network for the AI features to work properly.

  • The wake word can be changed at any time through the device's web interface.

  • For optimal performance, ensure your VM meets the minimum requirements for your chosen language model.
